Game Day Thread; Florida vs Alabama

LOL, same. I won't be upset at anything that may go bad though unless it's stupid penalties and stuff like that.

Keep it close and make it fun to watch. That's all I ask. Go gators

Curious as to why Mac still continues to take the ball first. Do we ever look good on our first drive?

It makes sense because he thinks offense first. Get the ball early, see what they're doing to us, and then make adjustments quickly.

Well, Cronkrite almost op the first.

Great punt and coverage though. Robinson doing work in special teams.

But now Bama takes the field...sigh.

Here comes the bourbon.

I like the read option we ran on 3rd, that's killed Bama for a few years. I'd go full spread option this game.

I don't understand that punt formation. They had 4 guys over the center with gaps to both sides of him. They had a free rush to the two back guys blocking. Wtf was that?

Townsend has been one of the bright spots this year but overall our ST is HORRIBLE!

It may have been a mistake but he was trying to make a play. This offense isn't driving the field on Bama.

It really is funny. People thought I was crazy when I said there were plenty of bad QB's all over and even showed the stats to back it up. Difference is, like in the case of Coker, he has an elite running game to depend on and a good OC to hide his weaknesses. He literally doesn't have to do anything. You can win with bad QB's if everything else is right.

I know he caught it but the refs have already shown their cards. No PI on that????

He's a hard bastard to sack, I'll give him that.

Every game I've watched he seems to elude the initial defender very well.

Ah the hurry up. Who has been calling for this for games now? Suddenly the offense doesn't look so overwhelmed.

No doubt. That's really the only thing he contributes. They run the ball and once or twice a game he escapes a sack and makes some sandlot type play and finds a man down the field. He's not asked to do anything. And that's why I've been focusing on the oline and running game forever. I want to spread it out and air it out like everybody but if you have that line and running game you can hide a bad QB, we don't.

There's the standard first quarter timeout on offense. Ugh. Switching to liquor

I really think that happens because Mac and Nuss spend a lot of time discussing the call. It's been happening from game 1 of this season.
