...and Abby Wombach is still my favorite player of all time too.The Gators used to dominate the SE in soccer, but the Seminoles have certainly replaced us in a big way. They coach has built them into a perennial powerhouse. Hate it, but that's the way it is.
2 titles in 4 years.Noles have become a women's soccer power!

I would love to attend one of these games...my favorite sports are (college) football & basketball and FSU womens and US womens soccer. (starting to follow the SAFC here locally too)We went to the title game last yr and lost on penalty kicks and this yr we won on penalty kicks. Kind of crazy
Not at all, brag away. We our proud of our overall athletics and you should be as well. It's better than nothing I guess. Can we start bragging about women's soccer recruiting? Would that cause you hurt?
Any achievement is good achievement, so to speak.
That being said, I never understood the world wide popularity of soccer, other than maybe its accessibility.
It's so boring that I would rather watch golf or Nascar.
I don't really care for soccer either...and my kid lettered in it in High School😳Any achievement is good achievement, so to speak.

This is all I care to know about women's soccer. In soccer.

I scrimmaged against the US Woman’s national team back in the day leading up to the 1995 Women’s World Cup back when they had Michelle Akers, Mia Hamm, Julie Foudy, Kristen Lilly, Tisha Venturini, etc. They trained in the Orlando area at that time. This is all I care to know about women's soccer.
FC Dallas under-15 boys squad beat the U.S. Women's National Team in a scrimmage
The match was in preparation for Thursday's USWNT friendly versus Russiawww.cbssports.com

She obviously wasn’t on the team in 1995Alex Morgan story or GTFO
Nail was once in here bragging because OU's softball team "stole" a grad assistant from us. The bar for things you can brag about is set really really low. It's better than nothing I guess. Can we start bragging about women's soccer recruiting? Would that cause you hurt?
Any sport that allows you to take a 40 yard gallop before delivering a fastball is way past cool.Yep, not every sport is for everyone.
I don't get the allure of cricket...but if you like cricket, ENJOY!
I knew I liked you, Paco. Now THAT is the definition of a "CSB"! Well done, sir. I am envious!I scrimmaged against the US Woman’s national team back in the day leading up to the 1995 Women’s World Cup back when they had Michelle Akers, Mia Hamm, Julie Foudy, Kristen Lilly, Tisha Venturini, etc. They trained in the Orlando area at that time.
Back in those days everybody was envious over Mia Hamm. I was a defender so I had the opportunity to go against her quite often. Our club coach was Michelle Akers husband at the time so that was the connection and how we got the scrimmage. It was certainly something that I will always remember.I knew I liked you, Paco.
