ACC back to being pillow soft, so they could have a winning season. Play in a different conference and most likely not.
FSU has fully embraced the ACC. Basketball team consistently good, football team consistently mediocre (at best).
I think FSU will get past the crisis of culture this year, and find some consistency on the field. As an ACC team, that means all the conference games are a crapshoot except they get boat-raced by Clemson. So maybe 3-5 or 4-4 in the ACC. OOC loss to ND and wins against Jax State and Umass, they come into the UF game 6-5 or 5-6. I can't see them beating us, so they better come in 6-5.

The difference between Rome and Tally is that I am not in Rome but would like to be, while I am also not in Tally and very happy to avoid that craphole.

Meh, you only won this year because the SEC preseason PoTY collapsed and the team chose to continue to play despite clearly not being there. You also still trail the series by a bunch despite winning 7 in a row and trail in Final Fours 5 to 1 and titles 2 to 0. Enjoy those regular season wins, thoug.
19 seasons at FSU yet only soon to be 8 NCAA appearances. I'm one of the harshest critics of Mike White but in his 6th season has missed the big dance in his 1st season but possibly missing the NCAA tourney this season despite having a load of talent. Thanks Mike White.
I also remember the FSU fans here or at Warchant telling us in 2012 that it only mattered when you won a conference tourney, not how far you advance in the NCAA tourney as a team.
It will depend on schedule, rona protocols, etc.
I’m not sure they have the talent to be 6-6, but what if two of their tougher games get cancelled? Could go from 5-7 to 5-5.
