Friday Free-for-All:
Today is Friday, and that can mean only one thing, Free-for-All. Wherever you want the discussion to go, that is where we will take it.

I will get us started, but after that, it is up to you, the member, to decide.
Big Big weekend ahead for Billy Napier & Staff as they welcome in nine official visitors and their families this weekend. When I tell you how excited these kids are, that would be the understatement of the year.

Two at the top of the list are Miguel Mitchell and Caleb Douglas. M&M lands at 1:30, while Douglas lands at 3:37. These are two players I believe should end up Gators. What are your expectations for the remainder of this class? Rankings aside – what do you want to see down the stretch run as we inch closer and closer to National Signing Day?

I will get a lot of pushback on what I am about to say. Still, I am going to say it anyway 😊 I believe the staple of this offense will be the ability to run the ball – this does not mean they will be a 65/35 run-based team, but for this offense to click, we must be able to run the ball, which leads me to my following statement. The most critical uncommitted player on the board is running back TreVonte Citizen.

Everyone, and I do mean everyone I talk with, raves about this kid's ability, speed, quickness, vision, and by the way, he is in the 218-pound range. I can't remember the last time we had a back that was in the 220-pound range. I think he is an actual game-changer type of back and, for me, is the most important piece left on the board. Don't worry, all you OL guys – O'Cyrus Torrence is No 2 on my list.

1st SEC Win of the Season?

Florida (9-6/0-3 SEC) vs. South Carolina (10-5/1-2 SEC)
Colonial Life Arena (18,000)
Columbia, S.C. Game 16 | Jan. 15, 2022, | 1 PM

NUMBERS OF NOTE
5
The road team has won five straight in the series, including a pair of Florida wins in its last two trips to Columbia.

20.0
Colin Castleton averages 20.0 points per game on .618 shooting in SEC action against three top-15 foes. Castleton is putting UF's opponent in foul trouble and making them pay, drawing 7.3 fouls per game and shooting .750 from the line with 6.0 made free throws per game.

3
UF is coming off the most brutal three-game SEC-opening stretch in program history, meeting a trio of ranked teams -- all in the top 15 -- to start its SEC slate for the first time. It was only the fourth time the Gators faced three straight top-25 teams in SEC play, and first, since Feb. 2001, those teams were a combined 37-5.
