Francois booted from team

It cannot be close to as bad as 2017 and he never went down. I dont understand why yall think with like the 8 new bodies we will be instituting plus the new legitimate offensive coordinator and the additional offensive line coach that FSU cant somewhat fix the line. Guess once something goes bad it can never be fixed again according to you guys.

So "the eight new bodies" that couldn't beat out last year's OL? Got it.

4 kids redshirted to get their weight and strength better. And then add a couple of juco kids and incoming freshman plus you get 2 guys back that were injured. If you want to act ignorant and refuse to see that it honestly can't get worse than what it was then go ahead.

Not to be that guy, but lets not throw smack at anyone for their offensive line and what they have coming in for 2019. We did good in 2018, but we're a totally unknown factor with a 80% rebuild project on our hands for this year, just like many other teams. We are in the same boat from the standpoint of the offensive line as FSU is right now and we're praying that it doesn't turn into a train wreck the very same as their fans are.

I’m fully preparing myself for another losing season. We’ll know more after the Boise game. But it’s hard to look at the schedule and guarantee too many wins.

Still lots of athletes on the team. I may be the only Gator that thinks the nolies will actually be improved next year.

Plumlee committed to Ole Miss over FSU. Big loss for FSU there as well.

It's not smack, it's reality. Just because UF's OL sucked for a few years under Mac doesn't make fsu's any better. It's exactly why so many of us were predicting 8 or so wins this year...the OL. I'll take the same approach to fsu's OL that I took with UF's...I'll believe improvement has been made it when I see it.

7 4th year players. In 3 years they couldn't crack the starting rotation or get significant playing time, what makes you think they are going to be a solid OLine now?

I don't give a damn how good or talented these kids are, even the incoming ones. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCE and we just lost a ton of that. We could actually improve the quality of the players and their skills on the OLine this year, but due to the lack of experience and time in a strength and conditioning program, have a worse line than 2018.

I am merely saying, don't throw stones when you're living in a house made of glass. We could every bit as easily end up 6-6 in 2019 if we can't get 5 big fat guys to stand in a line and block.

The fact stands, when it comes to Olines or Dlines, you could have the best coaching and players in the world, but those kids do not compete well as Freshmen. They need time in the SAC program to get stronger and bigger.
