Yeah, he's a breath of fresh air. I consider myself a man's man, I built the housei live in with my two hands, I'm going goose hunting tomorrow and I'm as hard nosed and competitive as they come. But that doesn't mean you have to be a thoughtless, boorish brute. Our former coach neede a little more Renaissance man and a little less caveman

Does not compute. He was the best QB but he wasn't mentally ready? The QB position is like 95% mental. That said it wouldn't take much to be the best of that group.
