Florida vs TAM

Watched 'SEC-Storied' on the Gator 04's again.

They showed what the results can be for a TEAM, that plays for each other instead of just for themselves. Very Special...

The current Gator's have that kind of opportunity before them, and they seem to be going in the right direction, so good for them! (and for us fans too) ;)

at the 2nd half of every first half kasey decides he wants to dribble in place, if Allen doesn't come and grab the ball from those guys when these start happening they just stand around until no shot goes up.. and as soon as i said that he had to create his own shot and hits his first 3.

Why is stone all the sudden playing all these minutes? Kid is abysmal on the offensive end, can't have more Hills out there on offense, did hester get the flu for two weeks because he's logging all the minutes he started getting for four games

Chiozza starts hitting shots with everything he's starting to do and he's one of the best in the league

They are BIG. Stone has not played well since missing a couple of games due to illness. Hester just turned it over for an easy layup. Robinson doing nothing so far today. We need this game with 2 road games next week.

TAM is too long to be trying the thread-the-needle passes our guards keep trying to make. Hill is killing us right now and we're taking too many quick shots. Let's go guys!

We are bumfuzzled, weak and lazy right now. Just jacking up threes with no ball movement, no team ball.

We better get busy or we are going to lose to this crappy teams

If they don't play defense they can lose to literally ANY team in the nation no matter how bad they are

If we were playing a team that could shoot right now we'd be toast, and this is what will happen in the tournament with droughts.

Too many 3's early in the shot clock. No penetration. Hayes not getting much clock. This may not end well.

Officials are taking over this game and not in our favor. Letting all kinds of rough play inside but noting on the perimeter.

Vanderbilt 2.0, if white keeps this lineup out there with not a single person that can score he's gonna deserve the result...

I always get nervous whenever Valentine's crew does a game. They always seem to BE the game instead of the players.

Only the Gators could have a review and have the officals TAKE A FOUL AWAY from their opponent lol

Stone just absolutely shit the bed twice in 8 seconds, he CANNOT be out there when there is already a Hill and bigs that can't catch a ball all at the same time. Just cannot happen

I knew this big for them would kill our softs down there, this is what a real post player looks like actually grabbing a basketball and making layups at 6 foot 8

we have as many points as we have been scoring at the 12 minute mark sometimes of the FIRST half in the 2nd half under 12. These are the games unlike all the other ranked teams find a way to win we don't get it together and win it when it's tough. We either have to play great and blow people away or play the exact opposite somehow the entire way

Allen, Barry, Robinson, Hill & Chiozza all having subpar games. Stone is a definite liability. The whole team is flat, although they still need to figure out a way to beat these chumps.

Cheez is the reason we are winning right now
I would say he's one of the reasons and he's definitely been the best of the 3 guards today. Leon and Egbunu are both having very good games. The main reason we're winning, IMO, is that TAM is pretty bad.

Gutty win. Not their best performance, but a W. I guess after the last 4 games, they deserved to have an off game. And still got the win. Now on to Auburn, where they'll need to play much better.

Chiozza, allen and barry always have to bail them out of 2nd half ruts like clock work... If we play anyone but Mizzou or A&M today we lose, picked a good time to play awful and still get a Win... That stone kid cannot be out there playing that much or at all like he is, he's is completely useless out there mixed with guys in that lineup at the same time that cannot create their own shot or score at all...

if we played a team that could shoot today, or like vanderbilt again it would have been a loss.. they are lucky they picked the right time to play bad... We had like 33 points at the under 12 and ended up scoring about that much or more in the final 11 minutes from Chiozza getting guys going and kicking out for open 3's like our old guards for billy used to do, that's how he's playing lately down the stretch... like Scottie and erving walker used to, drive game and kick out for open 3 looks

Win and move on. The committee has inserted us as a #3 seed. We have got to take 4 of the last 6, minimum, to maintain that seed.

I thought we would have to win at Rupp before solidifying the 3 seed, but the committee seems to think we are already deserving. I don't want to get too ambitious, but it might be a 2 seed in the South region for the Good Guys if we can win in Lexington!

I really like what Coach W has done with this roster so far this year. If only he would teach the big men to pass the damn ball out of the post instead of jacking it up every fecking time, we might return to the Final Four this year. ijs

Hayes and Egbunu were a combined 6/7 from the field. They probably need to put up more shots, if anything.

Stone struggled today but hes been fantastic defensively all year. Guy that tall that can play up top makes a defense tough

Egbunu had a double double today and probably played his best game so far this year. But I do agree that historically, the bigs do tend to force shots even when they're double and triple teamed. White is getting a lot out of this group, as they have to play intense team defense, limit turnovers and find different go-to guys every game in order to win. Their margin for error against the good teams in very small and yet they sit at 20-5 and 10-2 in the SEC. They've played extremely well away from home and need 2 big road wins this week against Auburn & Miss. St. to set the stage for the games against KY & SC.

I don't think Hayes played near as much as he should have or as much as he usually does for whatever reason.. He's been our most consistent big lately too...

they got us seeded above kentucky right now

I think the reason Hayes played less today is that Egbunu was playing so well and White doesn't have those 2 on the floor at the same time. Most of the season either Egbunu got in foul trouble or Hayes was just playing better so he got more minutes than he did today.

Auburn just blew a 20 point halftime lead and gave up like 63 points in the 2nd half... if we scored that many in the game period it would be enough with our defense

"I'm starting to think our last regular season loss will be to Auburn."

I doubt it...but Bruce Pearl did have a knack for beating the Good Guys at UcheaT. With that said...I don't think this team has even peaked yet, come tourney time we might be deadly!
