Fla Victorous Member

I need help. I have been contributing to Fla Victorous since almost the beginning giving a meager $14.99 monthly. Sometime last year or so I was advised that I needed to update so I did and agreed to give $15.00 monthly. Meanwhile they continue to take my $14.99 monthly. So just now I tried to logon to Fla Victorous but the A.I. tells me I am not a member. It tells me I need to advise them if I am a member but no way to do this. Can/would one of my fellow gators help me out with this logon problem?
