We need to re-examine the pardon power, its not being used for what it was intended.

LOL, I have advocated for a COS for years. But pardon reform has never ever been an item the convention has mentioned. There are bigger fish like Term Limits, repeal of the 16th and 17th amendments, Fair Tax and a balanced budget with GDP limits.

I would say that most of the aggrieved have a score they want to settle with Biden or have TDS so bad they cant stand the idea of Trump using pardons.

I am ready to move on from Biden. I want us going after the power in the media, and those still governing in the District of Corruption and its corrupt administrative state.

DOGE is good but its just treating the symptoms. If you went back to the constitution and followed it we would roll back 90%+ of the gubmint that has been created since TR and Wilson.

I would be fine with it but you, Theo, and Diddy are moderate liberals at best and your heads would explode.

In the meantime I tip my glass to the incoming Arsonist in Chief and look forward to the possible destruction of the District of Corruption's power and influence on the day to day lives of us deplorable folk. Clinging to my Bible and guns and all of that.

But here’s the problem - now that Hunter can’t be convicted he can be compelled to speak to Congress because the 5th no longer applies.

Biden wouldn’t benefit from the recent POTUS immunity because he wasn’t POTUS when these crimes happened.

And if Hunter lies perjury applies. And if he refuses to testify contempt of Congress applies (big time).

Funny to me how much folks like you cling to "the Bible and guns". I think in the end you will find that God was not fond of that sentiment. Just my opinion.

You thinking Theo is a liberal simply reflects how far to one end of the spectrum you are.

My dislike for pardon powers goes back many years, to Marc Rich and before. Its been abused for some time. It needs to updated somehow and at a minimum it should never apply to a presidents family. It only came up now because Biden just abused it again.
