Biden Administration has prosecuted J6ers as if they were "insurrectionists" & sought draconian prison sentences for actions far less destructive, etc. than those of BLM & pro-Hamas rioters (when the latter are even prosecuted - - - lots of those cases have been dropped).

The weaponization of the justice system as a club against one's political enemies is an abomination.

If you want to look at each of the J6ers individually I would be OK with that. Examine if the punishment fits the crime. But a blanket pardon is abuse of power the same as pardoning your son, IMO and is why we need to change the pardon power. Its been distorted into something it wasn't intended to be.

Ruined lives, incredible legal bills, etc. For those that entered the capital - some degree of punishment IS deserved. We simply need to be better as Americans. Anything past January 20th, 2025? We need to be done with it.
