College Football needs to move to the NFL Model. It needs to adapt but the only way I see that happening is that Presidents and Commissioners decide to make players employees and share the TV revenue but also lock them in to multiyear contracts. NIL + Free Agency with the Portal is horrible for the sport. How far off is college football from having the following:
1. A commissioner
2. Collective Bargaining for the players
3. A Super League Run by a Commissioner and not Conferences
4. Multi-year contracts that prevents free transfers.
Currently players have too much power. That needs to change and the only way I see that happening is making players employees.
