Adding defense spending to the relief bill is horseschitt. It was a BS move by my party. I said the same when the Dems tried to add crap to the last one so it's crap this time too.
No issue with wise defense spending, and most of this sounds reasonable, but don't add it as a rider on a completely unrelated bill.
