Unlike many of you dorks, I haven’t been glued to the TV for the last two days. I went out for a nice dinner Election Night and played golf yesterday. So this morning is my first chance to catch up. I must say, reading all of the butt hurt and excuses from you Trumpers has been very entertaining. You guys continue to live in a state of denial about what went wrong. I tried to tell you, outside of your little bubbles, Trump is not very well liked.

From my perspective, it couldn’t have turned out any better. Had Biden won in a landslide, Trump may have just walked away. Nut now I get to see he and you Trumpers making excuses with wild conspiracy theories, flailing away with useless legal challenges, and get to see them drag his fat ass out of the WH kicking and screaming. It will be glorious.

Based on the threads over the last few months it should be obvious how many of you suffer from cognitive dissonance. Saying Trump will win in a landslide, even winning the popular vote. I would hope that you start to question where you get your information from, but alas that won’t happen. I’ve been watching Fox and it’s still apparent some People can’t accept what they don’t want to hear. Trotting a guy like Giuliani out there just adds to the embarrassment. Sorry, folks, it’s over.

So, in closing, it’s been fun. I told myself no matter who wins, I wouldn‘t be posting here very much. This board has really turned into a cesspool without any redeeming value. I posted on the Main Board for several years and this board rivals it’s level of discourse, which is not a compliment.

I don’t think you will be missed, but something tells me you are full of shit.

No need to be bitter. I will still check back from time to time. Hopefully the quality of posters will improve.

PS. I love the Western Carolinas. I plan to spend more time there. Maybe I’ll change my residency so I can help with the next election.

Thank you for descending from the heights of Mount Olympus to explain current American presidential politics to us mere mortals. This has all the makings of another classic thread.

Apart from the presidential race (which is still not fully resolved), it was actually a pretty good night for the GOP. The "blue wave" that was so disingenuously promoted by the Dems and their media/pollster sycophants failed miserably. A Harris / Biden presidency, should the final result end up the way it's looking right now, will go a long way to ensuring the GOP takeover of the House in 2022, expand its Senate majority, and position itself to re-capture the White House in 2024.

I'm very frankly very encouraged at the steady inroads the GOP is making to broaden its appeal to working class people and minorities. The Democrats, on the other hand, are rapidly becoming the party of coastal elites, academic types who can't cut it in the real world, and urban identity-politics practitioners and grievance mongers.
I have to say you are probably my favorite poster here. You can dish it out but don’t resort to childish personal attacks and nonsensical partisanship.

I couldn’t be more happy with the election. We removed the Orange clown (yes, pending the final results and frivolous lawsuits), yet still have a divided government to keep the far left from taking over. I’m actually hopeful Biden will be true to his word and will try to work with the Pubs. Easier said than done.

I agree that the Pubs have moved to appeal more to the working class. Kudos to Trump for that, but hopefully not just because of his divisive rhetoric We‘ll see if the Dems have learned their lesson. If they appeal only to the elite and minorities, they will have lost me. As an independent, I can go either way very easily.

Best wishes.

That would be good, it would take another lib out of Florida, which has
more electoral votes.

I don't see inroads in working class. Trump is a populist, but he is an outlier. He is certainly not going to be a good party wonk and come back and support other candidates. He only supports one candidate: Donald Trump. So those inroads you talk about were transitory. The improvement with legal Latinos, however, I think will be more lasting, particularly in Florida, which has a large Cuban expatriate population. The Cubans have always trended a bit more conservative, and that seems to be increasing.

We will try to keep this board a cesspool, so don’t worry about coming back.

LOL where does he get this stuff.

I, speaking only for me, have not watched any "TV" concerning the election. I have not read Foxnews.com. I did launch Blaze TV around 1am after the election and saw anti-Trump but voting Trump Steve Deace and Glenn Beck wringing their hands over the cheating. Poor Deace was exhausted and looking haggard. Tough crusading for a man you dont like because its the right thing to do.

5 min and I was out.

I did some drive bys on Bitchute, Gab, Parler and Minds.

I basically have blacked out most info. I come here and offer my 2 cents.

Been binge watching Netflix, taking care of my post-op wife and dealing with other issues. I voted the first day of early voting in TN so the election was "done" for me a while back.

Oh, and did you expect any of us to read your fictional novel you wrote on here? What did you say? I can only assume you turned on the TV and saw numbers and said "yippee" and then went back to work with your restaurant hat on and got excited asking, "Do you want fries with that fine burger order?"

Oh, I almost forget to add that I bet you're really excited because your man is going to make it so you get a raise to $15/hour.

Sorry to pop your bubble there kid, so go back to sleep - it ain't gonna happen for you.

I think you've come back way too soon.
you didnt expect me no to gloat a little, did you ? And to laugh at at of the absurd predictions and meltdowns.

You really need to find better sources. Do you have at least a little bit of reflection on how wrong you’ve been?

Ah, jumping on the McDonald’s joke train. I love it. You might as well call me a do do head that’s so original.

Exactly how pissed off are you right now.?

I watched on election night (things looked good) and haven't watched since. That crap is mind numbing.

This board can be that way too but it's certainly funnier, at times, than cable news.

That makes me an American, not a Pub or Dem. I like the American party better than those two.

You are correct. I AM pissed off, and you should be too at the Dem fraud that is happening here. Again, you are a stone caster. If you lived in the time of Christ, you'd be the one who would holler, "Crucify Him!"

"The Dem Fraud". Too funny. You can keep beating that horse, he ain't getting up.

Yes, I did. I haven’t lost my sense of humor, unlike these Trumper sore losers.

You paint with a broad brush. You always have as near as I can tell.

The only thing I am fearful of is the wildcard vote that you and the other lemmings provided the dem party.

That reference about "legal Latinos" will be more lasting, is BS which BTW is offensive. I live in Miami and the Cubans Americans have always voted Republicans. This time around the socialist label branded to Biden hit a nerve to the other Spanish communities like the Venezuelans and Nicaraguans but lasting, I doubt it

It will be lasting when they see they left one socialistic society and entered another.

Explain how it's offensive. I did say that the Cuban vote trended conservative, that wasn't wrong. I emphasized "legal" because Republicans believe the undocumented vote in large numbers, and I wanted to avoid that discussion, so I made a point of legal voters.

there is no illegal voting, please stop that non-sense
