Other than to insult janitors of course....but seriously every time he is shown on TV his lips aren't moving. Are we positive if he is even telling Shemar the plays through the headset? At least Armstrong was animated and acted like he was coaching. We can't have 2 statues with headsets on (Billy and Ron). Send Ron to the booth!
