He was so slow seeing it he didn't have time to react himself. Maybe not Uga but some of those dogs are still convinced they are like their ancestors they used to bait bulls with and where Pit Bulls came from when they bred that dog with terriers to make them more agile. The good AAC teams and remaining Big 12 teams will hook up and form a descent league. It is inevitable.
I saw the Big 12 commissioner complaining about his teams being poached by the AAC. Translation: He sees the unemployment line in his future.
It would be good for the AAC to poach the Big 12 teams. Then the conference will just dissolve and Texas and OU will come sooner, as there will be nobody to pay the penalty to.
Added bonus, there won't be two conferences with basically the same name anymore.
ACC and AAC sound similar, though I know that the AAC prefers “the American.”
That's true, unfortunately. But at least it's just the acronyms, not the name itself.
