Mmmm OU has been very good the last several years. They have made the playoffs a few times and likely could be headed there again this year. Texas has been struggling but it’s all about the Benjamin’s. Both programs bring whole lot of revenue to the SEC and they both have a lot of tradition.

Texas will have their hands full. OU will do fine as long as they have Lincoln Riley. But college football is cyclical. I don’t expect Texas to stay down forever. Too much talent in their own backyard. Now they do have boosters, etc that get in the way that are more of a problem than an asset for the program

It would be interesting to see what happens if the last choice is Clemson or Oklahoma for the playoff if they are both at 1 loss.

Probably Clemson because they would have the best “loss”. Neither Clemson or OU are going to have any impressive wins. Both of their schedules are terrible.
