Day 1 of the Mullen Era

Any concern Mullen may be another Mark Richt? Win a bunch of games, beat some good teams, lose a handful you're not supposed to, come close to glory, but never getting there....I have to admit this was my concern and why I didn't have Mullen at 1 or 2 on the list.

Time will tell.... but I like his talk about always improving, and I like what he did with MSU and such limited resources and competing in the toughest division in football.

That was and remains my concern. But I am cautiously optimistic. Plus, he is now the Gator coach and I will support him, unless he proves he is not worthy of support.

I used to think that Mark Richt results were the floor at Post-Spurrier and Meyer Florida. Now that I have a firm grasp of the actual downside, I’m not as worried about 10 wins every year without a national title.
