I am looking at the Alabama offensive linemen, they are all look in shape, and athletic. Napier is one of two things he's to busy trying to focus on play calling to see the strength and conditioning is not on point, or his idea of a good line is big and slow. I see why George left Alabama he is not good against top tier talent, or got beat by a younger hungrier player and couldn't handle being pushed to get into shape.
