In 14 seasons as a head coach, he's never had a losing record. And in 8 of those 14 seasons, he lost 2 or fewer games. What he's doing in his first year at Indiana is impressive. Downside is the dude is 63 years old and this is his first year coaching a big program in a power conference.

If they beat pOSU, I'm on board with Cigs. Then again, the pOSU fans desperately want Cigs to replace Ryan Day. If that happens, I'd take Day over Lame Kiffin any day. He's actually won conference titles and has a few CFP appearances under his belt.

UCLA is 2-5. They are terrible. Nebraska was the first team with a winning record Indiana has played. Granted they smoked the Conhuskers but overall Indy's schedule has been soft. The gris and gravy are coming up but even Michigan doesn't look terribly daunting. Hope Cignetti whips them all. though. What a great story that would be.

Nebraska did beat a 5-2 Colorado team and they were ranked something like 11th nationally in total defense.

Be interesting to see how long their starting QB stays out and how the back up does this week.. Their offense is just fun to watch, their defense plays full speed. They might be the most fun team to watch in CFB this year if you've had the chance, old school ego free roster that plays as a team with something to prove. If they could just compete with Michigan and Ohio State it would be a major sign how great this coach is.

Look, if it happens, it happens…sadgator thinks Baby Kiff is a quality coach. A lot of the antics and garbage he pulled at Tennessee still doesn’t sit well with sadgator, and if you notice, a lot of the time he pulls the “trolling” stuff it winds up biting him in the ass, but sadgator recognizes that he has matured (somewhat) and that he has a pretty good offensive mind. It would make sadgator curious to see him hired, but sadgator would have a hard time ever viewing him as “our guy.”

Maybe I've mistaken you for someone else, but if it's any consolation, you'll get another like from Tebow Time, especially if you trash any candidate not named Kiffin.

His offensive coordinator is 34 year old Mike Shanahan, who could possibly groomed to take over.

It's the first time I've seen an IU team that's fun to watch.
