Back then cost of living was 25 cents to the dollar. I haven't looked at Belize since Trump was elected but now that the commies may return to power again I might need to have that option on the table. Belize was known as British Honduras. They speak English.

Most all plans include a skoolie.

There has to be a public necessity, which has a pretty tight definition. i doubt what Doc is suggesting would pass muster. Besides, that is not what is being proposed and it would surely face stiff opposition. In fact, it may even be beneficial as it could possibly drive up prices. My land goes for over $10,000 per acre so I doubt the government would pay that.

But more property ownership by AAs would be a positive thing IMO. In my native country, Catholics werent allowed to own land because of the Penal Laws.
