I like this staff, I think they will do just fine long term. I have a few concerns as to why they struggle with certain things. They struggle noticing the simple things that every casual football fan can see. Like the following;
1). Scarlett should be the lead back. To me that was obvious after week 1. Why is this still an issue?
2). Cece is a DE, not a DT. Once again every fan can see how dominate he can be at DE and how he disappears at DT.
3). Ivey is a LT/RT, Not a guard. Making that kid a guard is just hurting the team. He hasn't been effective there. I think Jordan/Johnson would be a better combo but benching Ivey probably wont play over well in the locker room because he is making a sacrifice for the team.
4). Powell is a lousy returner. Just stop using him on special teams. Try guys like Burnett, Cleveland and Gardner.
