Co doesnt mean equal

I'm sure we have a mixed crowd, some fans, boosters, reporters and guys who coached/played, etc.

The term Co doesn't mean equal to...so when u hear Co DC that doesn't mean they share equal duties of play calling with the DC.

The "typical" set up is the main DC is in the box up top. They call the plays and relay them to the Co DC who then communicates with the players. Sometimes the DC is on the field but the DC is the play caller/ decision maker. The Co DC is the next guy in line that supports the DC. Same with OC.

It's not 100% of the time bc the HC delegates responsibility but 95% of the time that is the case
