I am hearing that for the 2016 Democratic National Convention, that dems installed a FENCE around the convention center to keep out the people they didn't want being there and that they required a PHOTO ID to be admitted.

It's unfair to ask minorities to present a photo ID to vote so Dimms tell us. I noticed plenty of white Dimms at the Democrat National Convention to help minorities obtain PHOTO IDs.
