Deleware hasnt had a 4 star in there state in 20 years. CeCe footwork is terrible in space. Couldnt do it in Baker County what make anyone think he can in the SEC.

CeCe did nothing in HS, and that's why he was rated as a 5 Star #2 DE.

He lost all of that HS baby fat pretty quick at UF.
