When Mike White was hired, some of our hoops insiders bemoaned him not adding an "ace recruiter / guy with AAU ties" to the staff. No one outside of the FBI could have foreseen this kind of a shakeup in CBB. We just landed 2 excellent recruits and the future appears to be even brighter.
Of course much depends on who all is involved and how deep it goes, as well as what the NBA does with the one and done thing, if anything.
What do you guys think this means for the future of Gator hoops? Do we become a perennial destination for top players? What are people in the know hearing? Please feel free to speculate ...
