BTW saw an interesting point made on another site: Trump has been very vague about whether or not he was running. Strongly hinting but never confirming.
Now we have a hard date. The suspicion is that this is intentional to force the DOJ to indict him before he announces.

In some ways, Hiden is doing as much if not more to Make America Great Again than Trump did.

Not sure what the DOJ does here but Trump is smart if he announces that quickly after the election on that Monday as I doubt they front run that early of a date. Also my guess is they will be a little weary to do some BS charges with a Republican Congress also even though by appointing a crooked special counsel they could refuse to answer any questions related to it. I think the American public except the Dems has had enough of this weaponization of the DOJ.

I would put it at a little under 50/50 they appoint a special counsel to indict him (and yes if they appoint one they will indict on some joke charges almost guaranteed I would think). The crooks are playing with fire with their nonsense though.
