You may want to look at state law in PA, before you make any comments. In no way are their mail in ballots legal. It’s very clear and Mark Levin explained it brilliantly. The SCOTUS will over turn PA and MI based on the law. They would have to completely ignore state law and the US Constitution to allow those mail in ballots.

As I understand it (maybe I don't), both places state courts overruled the legislatures in both states with regard to statutory law? Isn't that what happened? If so, that's not constitution at either level.

The good cause being he thought Dems would stay home due to COVID and he would win the election. But the mail in ballots defeated that. That's why he tried to stop it, and why he tried to claim that the president must be proclaimed on election night, which only proved his duplicity and his ignorance simultaneously.
Uh not entirely. He did know Dims are sheep eager to be shorn, scared of their own shadows. But that's not the main crux of the issue. The mail in ballots in purple states for the most part were neither requested by voters nor signature verified. The math doesn't lie. Too many undervotes (Biden only) screams FRAUD. Wasn't enough time or fraud squads to completely fill out entire ballots, just the first line. ACTUAL voters were frothing at the mouth to vote in person so their ballots weren't stolen. Many arrived to be told they had already voted........hmmm.
Just prove this point, Florida (who pollsters claimed was an easy Biden win) buttoned down their mail in voting process..........and to quote Hiden, "Well son of a bitch!" He got trounced. 🤣
