1. Urban Meyer's health issues have no bearing on this subject. You are ridicolous to pretend otherwise. If you had any self awareness you would have stopped yourself from typing what you just did.

But let me humor you...yes a coach with "heartburn" that was sucessful everywhere he went and won national championships at multiple colleges knows more about the hardship on the players than you know. Got it, champ? Want to compare your resume to his, Mr. "Played ball"? If so, prove it. Right here, right now.

2. Im not advocating for two seasons. I stressed that in post 17 of this thread....heres what I said.....

"You either play in the Fall for a worthless bragging right.....or you play in the Spring for something that is nationally recognized.
You dont get to do both."


I said you either pick in the fall or the spring, but not both because its too hard on the players. YOU were the one that said that it was possible and insulted them if they couldnt do it. You said the players should do it because its more opportunity to get their tape out there.

What's wrong with you? I would accuse you of lacking reading comprehension, but you knew that I was against two seasons and you supported it....the posters here can see our past posts. Youre now trying to flip the arguments because you look ridicolous.

Spring football is not going to happen. If 3 power conference decide to play fall ball, they are not going to play spring ball too. That's why Meyer is saying in a nutshell. There will be no recognized spring championship season. It interferes with basketball and baseball, as well as the NFL draft. If 5 or10 of your best players decide to sit out because of the draft, what's the value in that anyway? Do you really think Fields will play spring ball? LMAO.

And I didn’t insult the players. You did by insinuating they are too soft to play in the fall and spring. I asked a hypothetical and because you have the emotional maturity of a toddler you started insulting the person instead of the argument.

Back to the point. The draft eligible players won’t play in the spring. The up and comers and new kids wanting the exposure will. There is always risk.

You just claimed that I said the players were too soft to play two seasons in the same year. I call that being human...and guess what? Multiple famous coaches agree and would agree.
