Powell spoke with ESPN's Edward Aschoff for his story about the Gators finding an offensive identity, and in one of his quotes takes an apparent shot at how things were handled previously on offense before the new staff came in.

"The way he runs his plays, he runs it based on his personnel, like who he has in the game, instead of just running it over and over to see if it works," Powell said of OC Doug Nussmeier. "That'll benefit a lot."
