There's an irony here about how players should choose Florida for Academics, which are better than the schools mentioned in Brown's offer list, but if a raw talent that played against mediocre Oklahoma talent didn't somehow get the nod at QB then....well....it's all because Napier can't recognize talent.
Spent the time to get him here though....
There will be people, people that shall go unnamed, who will win this argument no matter what happens, and let me show you how (outside of the fact that they're the type of people that never admit when they're wrong).
Max Brown:
1. He shows out in the spring and summer and wins the job..."see? I told you he was great, about time 'Nappy' saw it (no credit to QB development).
2. Brown sits on the bench, more complaining, no development, he should transfer somewhere that deserves his talents. Stats shall ensue from a weak high school competition that proves he's special.
3. Brown transfers to a low level P5 or G5 and plays and looks great. "See? Had Nappy just given him a chance!"
4. Brown transfers to a low level P5 or G5 and plays poorly. "See? That's what happens when you waste all that time being loyal and the coaching staff doesn't develop you it ruins your career!"
5. Brown stays and never plays more than some mop up time. "Well he was a real Gator because he didn't transfer here unlike a lot of losers AND he got a great education."
6. Brown transfers and never plays more than some mop up time. "He was screwed by the coaching staff and I hope he has success in anything he does, if only these dumb coaches that I don't like because I didn't hitch my horse to them didn't make him the starter his freshman year because that's how my narrative works."
7. Brown will always be a good and true Gator even if he transfers because he signed here, but anyone that transfers here will never truly be a Gator because when they were 17 they weren't wise enough to know how amazing their life's would be"
8. Todd Grantham is a better defense mind than any coach ever and I'm old an bitter. Fight me.
