Not understanding history or ever being taught history is really starting to show the effects of sticking your head in the sand. The education system has failed in America.
It has only failed all of the Americans that love freedom under their Constitution.

Barely 60% of the RACIST Dim-Moe-Rats in both the House and Senate voted for it.
Every slave owned in 1860 was owned by a white or a black Dim-Moe-Rat.
In the 1930's, the Ku Klux Klan was identified as the domestic terrorist arm of the Rats.
The only difference between then and now is the Rat's Big Lie propaganda.
The Progressive Left now tries to put the Klan on the Republicans, sorry, but no sale.
While the Rats now have BLM and ANTIFA to do their bidding.

I was about to write something similar regarding the vote. The legislation passed because of Republican support and in spite of southern dems voting no.
