Regardless of how much disdain you have for Trump, he did not project weakness, and certainly not the weakness we see from Biden. Putin saw an opening and took it without fear of reprisal. I maintain, Putin never attacks if Trump was there. He would not have had to convince Putin of anything, since he would not have considered it in the first place ...

This is a conflict that started in 2007 and based on what happened in the Donbas region, you could argue Russia had seen enough of being attacked.
I’m also suspicious of Ukraine’s corruption and how much of it involves US officials on both sides of the aisle. It think this whole thing is deeper than what we see on the news.

Oh, you are not wrong, but these things were going on during Trump. I think the straw that broke the camel's back was the posturing of NATO at their border, playing chicken with Russia. I think Trump would have weighed in heavily opposing that escalation.

Just got back from Walmart. Eggs are now $3 a dozen.
They were 38 cents a dozen under Trump. They are 25 cents an EGG under Hiden.

I’m not disputing the presence of inflation, but this probably had more to do with the tens of millions of chickens that were recently culled due to a bird flu outbreak.
