Biden slammed on social media after announcing Transgender Day of Visibility on day before Easter Sunday

i believe the exact opposite in the case of former Presidents.

Retrieve the documents by all means. But unless they committed treason by sharing them, i dont want any of them near a court room.
Even if they've been repeatedly ask by authorities to return the docs and the person outright refuses to do so?

Maybe Trump should have burned or taken a hammer to those documents? Seems like valid jurisprudence now, looking back at precedence. 😂 A

Or just give them back to their rightful owner after being repeatedly asked to do so.

Yes. Get in contact with SS detail send people to collect. Theyre old ass men, this is not rocket science. During world war 2 Army Cid and naval intellugence agents checked the presidents and other high ranking officials quarters daily for classified materiel and secured it as necessary.

Are senators not entitled to view classified materials? Based on the recent arrests of military personnel for accessing and then sharing classified/secret materials it doesn't appear to be very difficult to obtain such information.

You know the answer to that rhetorical question. Of course senators are entitled to VIEW classified material, inside a SCIF (sensitive compartmented information facility). What they're not entitled to is to POSSESS classified material. So you tell us how Biden's POSSESSION of that material wasn't outright theft, because he didn't get it out of there by accident.
And if you don't know the name, google Sandy Berger to see a time when democrats at least got a little bit of punishment for their deeds, unlike now.

Theft it is. Charge Biden and Pence.

No. The only person entitled to view all classified documents is the President. Everyone else is bound by their clearance and Need To Know.

Even within those guidelines, you can't take them out of a secure facility.

That said, the time to charge him was when he was a Senator.

Did I ask if they could VIEW?? No...quit your BS, son. ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION. HOW DID A SENATOR get classified information, and keep it for decades?

All we ask is equal treatment. However a former President at least has CLEARANCE to declassify. Secondly....can you not see the difference in how the DOJ handled this? Trump may have been wrong to have this stuff.....MAY have been wrong. However this information was in Maralago, guarded by the Secret Service...not sitting in a garage, with a CRIMINAL son selling access to China. Trump got raided...FJB did not even get his hand slapped. FAIR? Hell no....but dimwads are America's #1 enemy. All are racists, fascists, and love them some socialism, and HATE the US Constitution. My enemies

She should have been charged. Honestly she set the precedent that where national security breaches occur, somehow intent matters now.
Intent has always mattered when deciding who to charge, and with what. At least it has in my 36 years career.

I honestly don't care what you do off work and off post as long as it conforms to the UCMJ, but I'll thank you not to post in uniform. The DADT gay's and lesbians should give these idiots a period of instruction.
If I am the Sarge I know who is on point during every single mission. I will even give him a neon orange dress to wear while on point.

Did she INTEND to delete 33000 emails? Did she INTEND to smask all the cell phones? Did she INTEND to use a private server? Did she INTEND to start a FAKE Russia Russia Russia investigation by funding a FAKE dossier? Inquiring minds would like to know!!

You should direct these questions to the prosecutor's office that was responsible for not bringing any charges against her.

Not where National Security is concerned. If you can't handle classified documents appropriately, you lose your clearance and when applicable are charged for it. I can quote you federal statute if you like.

Why? A gay machine gunner is as effective as a straight one. I'll take a 200 pound gay machine gunner over a 130 pound female one.
Sure.

If he is "militant" about his choice to "analyze" people then he will probably undermine moral just like a constantly whining radical feminist would. But just like Cap Ron said its really the Corporal Klingers in our opinions that are a problem.

BTW did the tax payers pay for whatever he did to his face and lips?

I promise you if he was a grunt that would be handled internally with a quickness. By the Lance Corporal Underground.
