So, my understanding of the biggest news out of the Ohr 302s is that, essentially he and the FBI were aware that Steele wanted Trump out of office and that his dossier was put together partially for the purpose of digging up dirt for use during the campaign, and that the dossier was partially funded by the DNC, which everyone knows is a water carrier for Hilary, and yet the FBI still used the dossier as part of the basis for getting FISA warrants for surveillance on Trump and his operatives. And that they used a Yahoo article, which they knew was also sourced by the Steele dossier, as supposed "independent" confirmation of their theories, which were also based on the Steele dossier. And also the FISA process is ex parte, meaning no notice to Trump, so the burden is on the FBI to share any exculpatory evidence.
It's not nothing, I'll give you that.
How damning it is would depend on what out of the dossier they used, whether it was independently corraborated by anything else and what else the FISA warrant was based on.
But it's certainly enough to sustain ongoing investigations of the investigators for the foreseeable future.
