"In a court filing submitted last Thursday,Justice Department lawyers said the agency will provide FBI notes of interviews conducted with Ohr to Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that sued for the records last year.

Justice Department lawyers said the agency had initially determined that the Ohr transcripts, known as 302s, should be withheld in full. But “after further review in conjunction with DOJ’s preparation of its motion for summary judgment, DOJ has decided to release the requested records in part to Plaintiff,” the lawyers said.

“DOJ will make this release to Plaintiff by August 5, 2019.” -Daily Caller"


The good news for you is......CNN can now totally ignore this story, they will spend today and tomorrow previewing their 'town hall' on gun violence, then Weds have the 'town hall', then spend Thurs and Friday reviewing what was said in the 'town hall'.

Then replay it on Saturday night.

I’m definitely paying attention, right here to this thread, where I’m sure you’re going to be posting all the BOMBSHELLS that you’ve told us all are coming as a result of “Declas,” and which are so significant that the MEDIA had to distract from it by giving wall to wall coverage on something so insignificant as a couple of mass shootings.

Well statistics don't mean much unless you are one... poor old Pop-Physicist Tyson a reliable leftist did point out the facts. You sarcastically tried to employ Reductio ad absurdum but failed.

On average, across any 48hrs, we also lose…500 to Medical errors, 300 to the Flu, 250 to Suicide, 200 to Car Accidents, 40 to Homicide via Handgun," he wrote on Twitter Sunday. "Often our emotions respond more to spectacle than to data.”

He is and was right...doesnt help the dead or the victims families.

For the 67+ million of us who vote center-right the democrat shenanigans and their attempt to transform this republic into a democrat socialist hell is actually more impactful on our daily lives.

Insidiously the focus on these things is an attempt to subvert our way of life and not further protect it or return us to the path the Founders envisioned

Ok. You're right. 2 mass shootings on the same day, one of them expressly targeting immigrants as a response to an immigrant "invasion," which has been the absolute number one news story since Trump was elected, is not newsworthy and only being talked about as a mass media conspiracy to distract from "Declas."

Why did you leave out that the El Paso shooter is a registered Democrat and the Dayton shooter is an admitted socialist and Elizabeth Warren supporter?

Guess you didn't think that was 'newsworthy'.

in a country of 330+M someone is going to kill someone over his/her ideology (El Paso) or because they are a self absorbed narcissist who want his 15 min of fame as he commits suicide by cop and takes as many people in this society the he/she hates/blames for his/her problems with them.

You are not going to stop the motivated. Maybe you can the suicidal if caught and helped.

Society isnt to blame for their problems but is sure is at fault with their mindset. A truly religious and moral people train these guys up to be respectful of life even if they dont believe in God and definitely respectful of life if they do.

Another problem is that the left will use them to further erode what is left of a once great nation.

under your hyperbole and Reducto Absurdum was a grain of truth that you passed off as the absurd...it is maybe a callous fact that this is truly statistically insignificant and should not get the attention that it does except that this is the modern age of satellite based communication. It is also because of the agenda of an unscrupulous and crass political party masquerading as compassionate and concerned leaders.

They try and use these tragedies to further their political agendas because they are socialist not because they care one whit about any of these strangers that got whacked by a fellow leftist who just happened to not share their belief in open borders.

LOL! Do you even watch these things? The first half is them acknowledging that "Declas" did not occur today as scheduled. The second half is them rehashing the charges against Comey for writing "confidential" memos to himself and crying to each other about your boy Bill Barr's decision NOT TO PROSECUTE.

I never doubt you, Ghost. I can always count on you to deliver half-assed research, lazily presented and having nothing to do with the conclusions drawn.

What was 'scheduled' was for the DOJ to release the Bruce Ohr 302s to Judicial Watch by Monday. They agreed to do that and did not. Fitton seems to think it will happen later this week and I believe was about to clarify that if Dobbs would shut the hell up and let him talk.

Look, I get it: My pointing out what's coming with regards to Trump's brilliant plan upsets you and you really really REALLY wanted to 'prove Ghost wrong' just once. But I never said the Ohr 302s would be released TO THE PUBLIC by Monday, did I?

But hey, I at least got you to spend 5 mins educating yourself on this story, even if the only reason you were doing so was to try to 'prove Ghost wrong'. And you still whiffed at that.

302s from Bruce Ohr, possibly from Bill Priestrap, Nellie Ohr, George Papadoupalous has said his conversations with FBI assets were recorded and will be declassed. Declass of the FISA applications on Carter Page and George P.

President Trump added in an interview with Hannity a few weeks ago that declass would include "everything you know about, and a lot you don't".

I suspect timing of most or all documents and media being declassified will coincide with upcoming reports by the IG.

Follow journalists such as Paul Sperry, Sara Carter and Jon Solomon on Twitter if you want to get information on coming DECLASS. Also listen to any interview by Joe DiGenova.

That's the latest. The DOJ delaying the release of Bruce Ohr 302s to Judicial Watch could indicate further delay.

MSM will need a diversion. This is why I would be fine if pundits would stop speculating on when all this will drop. Just let it drop and the MSM will be forced to cover it.

The diversion attempts will still come, tho. @bradleygator is paying attention.
