How do you expect players to be united, give their best effort and not have a divided locker room when the man has shown on two separate occasions that he only cares about his cornrowed narcissistic ego?

Your two best players and two best leaders (Terry and Wilson) have both come out and basically said this man tells one thing to us and a completely different one to the press.
Willie T never did any of this.

Can you recall a successful coaching tenure in the modern era (since 1990) that has started off like this? The man has not even coached a scrimage.

Can you recall a successful coaching tenure in the modern era (since 1990) that has started off like this? The man has not even coached a scrimage.

We have some players and their mommas that I suspect are still pissed that beloved Willy got canned and replaced by a white guy. The roster needs some churning IMO.

I agree and that would be where the concern comes in over Norvell. Meyer and Mullen didn’t get this type of pushback and negative press that Norvell has gotten. That would be the concern if I was an FSU fan. Norvell may have the right idea in mind but doesn’t know how to execute it. He doesn’t have that much experience with this stuff. He may be in a little over his head.

Gonna have to have fairly significant roster turnover it appears, and that’s OK. The culture there is nothing like it was under Bowden. If they don’t like what’s happening, there’s the door.

Both came back because of Norvell. Terry even told others to speak with Norvell to give him a chance. This wasnt Terry, it was Warren Thompson.
