Farrell compares Dexter's skill set a former Gators standout who continued to rise in the rankings until the very end.

"Easley had a very good career at Florida and ended up as a first-round pick before injuries derailed his career, which included just six NFL starts. Dexter could have an Easley-type career at Florida."

Farrell compares Dexter's skill set a former Gators standout who continued to rise in the rankings until the very end.

"Easley had a very good career at Florida and ended up as a first-round pick ($$$$$$$) before injuries derailed his career, which included just six NFL starts. Dexter could have an Easley-type career at Florida."

That kind of NFL career compares to the 'Million Dollar Wound' for a military man.... (the silver lining to the short career cloud) ;)

However, the question was, how will Dexter fare in the SEC?

Five Star DT Dexter is 6-6 286 with 4.88/40 speed.

How would you expect him to do with DL CoY Turner coaching him, in an aggressive/attacking Top 10 Grantham style defense?

I expect Dexter will have a UF career, the likes of which that future DL'men, will be hoping to be compared to Dexter.... ;)

If he is anything like Easley that would be great. Easley was great at pressuring the QB from that position. I don't think we have had anyone since like that playing that position every down.

Dexter is gonna end up being a strong side end. Might be more physically talented but doesn't have anywhere near the first step Easley had. Bad comp.

Well, Dex himself said that he plans on being at the WH come Jan. 2021.... :D
