Oregon wasn't so lucky tonight as they lost to Oral Roberts on a walk off 2 runs batted in.

When we play Oklahoma on the field, it's a freaking war. But when our fans interact in the stands, in my experience, it's a brotherhood.

As much as I hate to admit it, I often sense the same even when we play those goat effers from Auburn.
I don't believe that they do. They probably pay attention to what ESPN says but there's no way they watch the sports themselves.
I'll tell you something right now then, I absolutely feel no kinship with someone just because they like the same team as me. Shime's a Gator fan and I'd like to smack him in the face with a tire iron.

And don't get me started on fandom brotherhood. We are absolutely not brothers just because we carry the same gun or like the same tvshow.
I don't mean from a fandom perspective. I mean that we're similar otherwise. Those land stealing dicks can get f'd from a football only perspective. But from all other perspectives I feel like our fans and their fans have a lot in common.

Oklahoma is my second favorite team after Alabama, Not even close. That 77-0 beating they hung on Franny in 2003 as the crowd chanted 'Roll Tide' won me over lol Plus their fans are great. That 2002/2003 series we had with them was great for establishing the bond with them.
