Iowa's Outback History this Century.

2016 -- 9-4 UF 30 - 3 Iowa 8-5 (both arrived at 8-4) L

2005 -- 9-3 UF 31 - 24 Iowa 7-5 (arrives at 8-3 and 7-4) L

2003 -- 8-5 UF 17 - 37 Iowa 10-3 (arrived at 8-4 and 9-3) W

UF 2-1 Iowa - When they had the better W/L, they won. The rubber 'even' game UF won.

2013 -- 10-3 LSU 21 - 14 Iowa 8-5 (arrived at 9-3 and 8-4) L

2008 -- 7-6 SCa 10 - 31 Iowa 9-4 (arrived at 7-5 and 8-4) W

Same here, better W/L they won. worse W/L they lost.

SEC 3-2 Iowa

So while that's a 2x (UF & SEC) losing record, it's not as bad as some might believe.

Iowa has been to 15 bowls in 18 season this century, and they have a 7-8 record.
Only 5 of their 15 bowls have been the Outback...

UF has been to 16 bowls in 18 seasons this century, and they have a 9-7 record.
UF has also been to 5 Outback bowls....

Personally, the Outback is a pretty good bowl imo, if you're not in the NC hunt or the Sugar.

Same post showed up on the UK board and was quickly quashed by one of the mods.

I guess it's a cheap and easy way to get traffic on their site. If we called and found out it was Bob from India doing this I might be more upset. Scammers and spammers belong in the worst basket of internet trolls.

There’s always the option to put the OP on ignore. Better for the mods to ban the OP.

I don't generally use the ignore option, even some of the trolls sometimes spark up a interesting conversation. Usually I can spot threads I have no interest in reading, if it is started by known trolls I don't even click on it. The mods are more active on some boards, sometimes to the extreme. The Florida State board comes to mind, thus the reason we have so many FSU posters on here.
