ALL ABOARD!!!!! Lane Train 2024

I can't believe some are still saying Napier is on the hot seat this year. @sadgator was right from the beginning. It ain't happening, people. And we're not beating LSU or Ole Miss either.

Also realize sad would say ANYTHING to prevent Lane from coming here.

He would rather go 1-11 for a decade than have UF hire Lane

Texas reassured Herman and fired him two weeks later
Stricklin may not be here in a week, so there is that too

Lane Kiffin just out coached Kirby so badly with play calls against his defense, and then pissed all over his grave.. oh and he did it without his two best players offensively..

Im sick of the excuses for losers, not even attempting to get a guy like this in the only window you were ever gonna have the chance is criminal. Any Gator fans okay with this bullshit they've gotten away with can have it, the rest of us are done with it.
The Georgia Advantage (which is actually the stolen Alabama Advantage) of buying so many great players others had almost no chance, looks like NIL is resolving that. After this year, it's going to be pretty much all NIL I think. I mean, sure, 5th year seniors will still be around, but 99% of the elite, bought players will be gone to the NFL. Just some busts or injury prone guys left. Watching Georgia and Bama fall back to the pack, can't say I hate it. If Kirby turns into 4 loss Kirby (as I think he will, the trend is certainly there), I wonder how long the dwags will put up with it. From what I have seen from locals, they have long forgotten the 40 year drought and now consider national titles their birthright.

Bama and Georgia both lost their advantage when it became legal for everyone to pay players.

Crazy there is still a decent chance Ole Miss misses the playoff if he did have any interest in the job.

This post makes me sad for Charley Pell, and he wasn't even paying players. He was just about bending the rules of recruiting, and the guy put UF on the national map of college football after years of abysmal mediocrity. RIP Charley. We still owe you, and what the NCAA did to you is shameful.

Bama should be called SMU north. But it helps to have SEC offices in Birmingham where tons of bama backers are employed.
