The only way is to go through the ballots with a D and a R side-by-side judging of good or bad. If one is in question set it aside. It's the only way to know.
All true. This hasn't been disproved. If Biden didn't have anything to hide and was as confident in his victory as he says he is, he should allow all openness. BUT since he cheated, he isn't having any of that. @BSC911 - you a cheater too? Apparently, you are and God help your soul.
That universal check needs to give us a livable wage. Thats a basic civil right, correct? After my wife quits work we will need a min of 4k/mo after taxes and universal HC tax is taken out. They can raise taxes as high as they want as long as my UI take home is 4k+ and adjusts for inflation. Since housing is a right I want my gubmint paid for cottage dropped off in either Pickett or Van Buren counties. In the internet age the net has become a right and I wan high speed fiber sent to my house in the boonies and paid for by gubment since its a right. For my mental health I will need entertainment so pony up for my Netflix account. Dang after all my rights are taken care of I may not even need 4k+ but I am gonna ask for it anyway.
They stepped into a state election. Run by the state, controlled by the state, the laws around it written by the state. So many people here squeaking about state's rights, this is a part of state's rights. Are you saying it's only state's rights when you want it to be, but when the narrative isn't in your favor then the feds need to step in? Typical Republican hypocrisy. The Supreme Court did not have the right to step into a state election and stop the recount. The problem is that the Supreme Court would then have to rule against itself and overturn its own decision. This is where the checks and balances fall down, because there is no check on the Supreme Court.
But anyone who thinks the Supreme Court was within their Constitutional authority, you are wrong. Can't put it any simpler.
Same token though, the SCOTUS 100% should have stepped in and stopped the PA SC’s overrule of the state Legislature in changing the requirements for date rec’d, presence of a postmark, and confirmation of a signature.
It’s 100% the job of SCOTUS to uphold the constitution and, as you argue, the constitution clearly assigns the responsibility of state elections to the state Legislature.

Who has to follow the state constitution which is adjudicated by the state supreme court. Just like the Fed SC can overturn Congressional laws over constitutionality, so can State SC's overturn state legislatures over state constitutionality. I do not personally know the technicalities of the Pennsylvania state constitution, but I am confident the Pennsylvania SC does.
Yes and if they fail to do so they’re just gonna keep doing this over and over again and we’re going to feel to have a country. But when they do uphold the law, the constitution, which they should, the other sides going to go apeshit and we’re not gonna have a country. We are truly in some dangerous times right now. Got a think the Democrats for that too. Nothing corrupts like power. Nothing pisses off a corrupt ruling class more than an outsider coming in and disrupting their power.
Does Pa law allow for unsolicited mail in ballots at all? If not anything other than an absentee ballot should be tossed. We know that would give Pa to Trump because he was 650K ahead on election night.

No he hasn’t. He doesn’t know that Gore was petitioning the court to change the way votes (chads) were counted. Gore was also only demanding recounts in counties he thought he could win. He also doesn’t want to admit he’s de facto arguing for SCOTUS to step in and enforce the constitution against the rouge state SC who had zero jurisdiction over the election by trying to throw 2000 back in our faces.
This is how the left works. They don’t care about fair elections as long as they win. They don’t care about proper enforcement of the law as long as it is in their favor. This sounds like hyperbole but I’m serious - if we don’t make some significant chances to how we vote, changes that make cheating harder, we will never see another R in the White House. The playbook is now out there and I see no reason it won’t be followed in all future elections.
Primarily you CANNOT clean up the voter rolls, those numbers are critical. You need those to enable everything else.
1) Start voting earlier and count later overall
2) Focus on large population centers in battleground states
3) Make sure those areas are last, either with pipes bursting or other tricks...because you have to know how many votes you need
4) Use the post office with mail in and absentee ballots, putting new postmarks on late arriving ballots
5) Make sure you have operatives in the counting locations that will ignore certain rules, such as retaining ballots deemed Spoiled for two years, proper review of signatures and post marks, etc
6) Under no circumstances allow the observation of counting in key locations because that’s the only part of the process where this can be stopped - once a vote is logged it’s nearly impossible to remove
7) Make sure you control the voting machines - Dominion had a hand in “errors” in every battleground state that gave votes for Trump to Biden. Dominion hired a lobbying firm in 2019. The person that runs that firm is Nancy Pelosi’s ex Chief of Staff. I can’t believe that was allowed to happen.
8) Ensure you have tons of physical ballots at the ready so you can make overnight “drops” that are 80-100% in favor of your candidate...and of course those have to be recorded w/o observers present
That’s the game plan, there’s statistical, hidden cam, anecdotal and other evidence for every claim above. This isn’t a conspiracy theory.
No, PA is not an unsolicited vote by mail. They are a no excuse absentee state.
Most of the unsolicited states are WC, NJ and VT are the only exceptions.
