So, you think men and women are completely equal?
"Those so blind that they refuse to see."
Of course not. Horrible comparison. There are genetic differences between the sexes. What genetic differences are there between the races?

Here are a few stereotypes:
White people don't make good cornerbacks.
Asians do well on standardized tests.
Blacks commit more than their statistical 'fair share' of crimes.
Those and other stereotypes are based on reality. I shouldn't have to say this but, OBVIOUSLY, the stereotypes don't fit every single person in the group.
This is where I posted before SO.
I know. I posted here with you under a different name.
1. That’s pretty specific but I’ll give you that one. It doesn’t apply to all athletic abilities, though, since that would be like saying white people are more athletic because most hockey players are white.
2. That isn’t a stereotype, since it can be measured. It doesn’t mean they are more intelligent, however, as there are other factors that contribute to that. There is also a wide variance.
3. Same as 2. That’s not a stereotype, as it can be verified. There are also other factors involved, such as poverty levels. What would be incorrect is saying that black people are more violent.
So the difference is whether you apply generalizations to any specific group based on genetic characteristics, or life circumstances. There is too much variance to make them meaningful.
I understand why you don't like stereotypes but they are here to stay. It's human nature. Best you can hope for is that they will evolve.....but that will take decades.I know. I posted here with you under a different name.

Of course not. It was badselectioncommittee. I just shortened it.I understand why you don't like stereotypes but they are here to stay. It's human nature. Best you can hope for is that they will evolve.....but that will take decades.
You mind saying what name you used to use?
Tay Sachs, Sickle cell anemia, Hemophilia, The disparities pointed out by Sunburnt Indian, skin color, head shape, hair types, nose and lip shape, eyes, teeth, Anatolian bumps. There are all kinds of genetic traits that are more prevalent in one race/ genetically similar ethnic groups vs another.Of course not. Horrible comparison. Only leftist deny there are any differences while simultaneously playing the identity politics game where they divide everyone by some sort of category and proceed to play favorites based on political expediency and vaule of each group to their ability to acquire power.
When you care about equality under the law then the individual is all that matters from a legal sense.
Oh.....I remember you. I can't keep up with who used to be who like some of the people can.Of course not. It was badselectioncommittee. I just shortened it.
They used to say back men can’t play QB or coach. So much for those stereotypes.

Yeah, I know the definition. Almost all are proven wrong, and are based more on environmental factors.Stereotype : something conforming to a fixed or general pattern. Some assumed stereotypes are proven wrong others are validated by "measurement" that confirms the general patterns validity for a group. Of course there are exceptions hence the term general not absolute or total.

Women can’t be doctors
Blacks can’t play QB
Asians are smarter
Which ones do you subscribe to?
And DC brings back a painful memory.
40 years of marriage before my white spouse made fun of my wide Sub Saharan African nose. I'm married to a racist!!!
