The person works for another service rather than Rivals so I will not mention his name. Said that other than Clemson, UGA should beat everybody on their schedule by double digits. Finebaum asked "Even Florida"? His response was "Everybody". He also predicted Florida to win 8 games. Said that Dan Mullen "should" be recruiting at a top 5 level every year.

Georgia should win about 8 games, too!

Georgia's 2021 schedule potential hick-ups:
Clemson
(South Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, etc.)
at Auburn
Florida
at Tennessee

Georgia does luck out with the schedule setting up a scenario where they could easily luck up and win the East even if we beat them head to head.

I still say the head to head win is most important in that scenario unless the losing team follows up with a win in the SECCG.

Yeah yeah. We’ve heard this before. Their best shot was the year they made the title game. They were supposed to be unbeatable the last couple years too. As long as Kirby is coaching they are susceptible to game day adjustments against any team that they don’t overpower on paper. Just like their pre season national championship in 2008, I’ll take the one they give out at the end of the season

Some random on the Bonfart show said UGA would win every game. Well fvck cancel the season, i guess its over. UGA is your new national champs everybody. Or, just a thought, the guy on the radio show knows as much about football as your head coach, zilch.

UGLY could win every single game, but much like the last 40+ years, they still won't win the national championship. If there is one team out there that could somehow go undefeated with all of their 62 trillion 5,6,7,and 8* athletes that Kirby has recruited, they would be the one that somehow, some way finds itself unable to win a national title. Remember God Hates Georgia. That's in the bible.

First off, I want to preface this by saying fvck them raggedy Dawgs. But some of y'all are just plain, straight-up crazy if you believe that the talent that is stacked up in Athens will not win those bastards at least 10 games. Understand, I hope they lose every game and they have 2 coaches that are very capable (Smart/Muschamp) of accomplishing that feat.....but will not deny that the talent alone should win the majority of their games.

Talent alone is how they’ve won every game since Kirby has been there. I’ll hand it to him that he does come up with a solid game plan most of the time but if it comes down to in game adjustments he has lost every single time. He’s an excellent recruiter and very good at devising a game plan that should work. If it doesn’t, though, he panics. The justin fields fake punt is a perfect example of the desperate lengths he goes to when the talent differential isn’t overwhelming the opponent. As for Gilbert, I always get a little wary when guys transfer and have a lot of rumors surrounding them. Those guys are typically the “miss” types on the transfer portal. However, since he’s going to uga (for now) he won’t ever be a factor since they throw to the TE maybe 5-10x a year and they already have the kid from last year. He’ll transfer again or ride the pine. And fwiw I thought the same thing when he was coming here, with the possible difference that we’ve shown that we will feature the TE so there was an actual chance for him to make a difference if he got his head together. Now I’m not worried about him at all and doubt we’ll hear much from him.

I just want to offer, that YES while Georgia has talent, they aren't exactly ALABAMA level of talent. Throw in the fact that Georgia is HINDERED by having a certified retard as their head coach, and you can see why I do not believe that talent alone can win them 10 wins or a championship or a 20th consecutive recruiting national championship or whatever. Kirby Smart has done more to HURT that program as he STILL doesn't know what he's doing on the sidelines during games and he's proven it year in and year out. He's outmatched. He only wins games by throwing far more talent on the field than the opposing teams have. Now they have Will Muschamp as well? He may have been good DEFENSIVELY when it was his time to shine, but that was 10 years ago. The game is passing him by and evolving.

Toss in the proven fact that all of those 4 and 5 star players that Georgia gets DO NOT GET DEVELOPED as evidenced that they can't get those players into the NFL to save their lives, and you'll accept that Georgia isn't guaranteed anything other than having a steaming pile of dog poop on their sideline. Remember and never let the UGLY fans forget this, NO OTHER ACTIVE COACH IN DIVISION 1 (OR WHAT YOU USED TO CALL DIV1) FOOTBALL HAS A WORSE RECORD OF FAILING TO GET BLUE CHIP RECRUITS (4 and 5 Star) INTO THE NFL. NONE. NOT ONE. THAT IS FACT THAT IF YOU WANT TO PLAY IN THE NFL YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN ATHENS.

Never forget that GOD HATES GEORGIA. It's in the bible.

Technically, that's a 7 win prediction.

From the start of the season in which UGA last won a football National Title...it would technically be 4 more years until Mary Lou Retton won an Olympic Gold Medal...

today...UGA has yet to win another football National Title and...

Frankly, the season he took them to the title game was his best chance. The sec East sucked so they could basically breeze through most of their schedule, and Auburn beat bama so they didn’t have to play them in the seccg. They has a lead in the 4th quarter. I don’t think any uga fan can say that wasn’t the best shot they seem to have for the foreseeable future. They might be able to win one, but it’s going to be tougher from here on out.

I disagree with the NFL argument. Since coach Nick Saban arrived at Alabama, starting with the 2008 NFL Draft, the Crimson Tide boast the most total draft selections with 106. LSU is second with 96, while Ohio State follows in third with 91. Florida and Georgia round out the top five with 79 and 78, respectively. Thankfully Kirby had a handful of Juniors return or Uga easily has the most players drafted in 2021.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- A seemingly constant and daily source of conversation for Florida fans given the current program backdrop is recruiting vs. development. With stalwart recruiter -- but perhaps so-so gameday coach and developer -- Kirby Smart coaching rival Georgia, there has been a stark contrast between the Georgia program and the Florida program led by Dan Mullen.
