He can take so much time off because he has zero decision-making ability. As @Sunburnt Indian has tried to tell our slowest, Biden is simply an announcer. The fact that he has spent 40% of his time in office on vacation tells critical thinkers that he is obviously not in charge.

Which is why it is pointless to impeach him. All it does is make him a martyr to the sheep, and they will fundraise off it to give a boost to Gavin or whoever else replaces him in the announcer's role.

And as an “announcer” he sucks at that. However he is not just an announcer. He proved that during the Afghanistan withdrawal, over ruling every General and adviser about leaving Bagram open with a QRF and support. Then rolling them and eventually Trump under the bus for his poor decisions.
