While Florida still has room for 8-10 (and I don't think they will get that high), it is amazing that so many kids took the option to sign early. Some classes, such as Michigan, are basically full unless they can get one more top offensive lineman.
Georgia would have been full, but they jettisoned some kids.
Last year at this time we were probably still tracking 45-50 or so kids (20 or so commits and 15-20 or so remaining targets).
This year we are tracking about 10-11 guys.
