2024-25 Basketball,,, all things considered...

Okay ocala, I'll bend over backwards and say this, I hope that he's clean as a whistle, and if not, then I hope that a judge someday gets a chance to say, "Wack his PeePee"....

But either way, I spend little to no time of mine thinking about what he does or has done off the court.
Good enough?

Moving right along, how about what 60 Minutes is talking about?

What is the WNBA worth? So why do they claim to not be making any money?
By Gawd, some'freakin'body is making money....

The wnba lost nearly $40m in 2024...it has never turned a profit. Numbers don't lie, people do. All you have to do is look at their financials. Remember, they are subsidized by the nba.

Wrong. A Final Four is a huge achievement in basketball...
TF? We better win this one! 😂 Remember how horrible our baseball team of all stars played last year until the playoffs? We damned barely made it in. And we should have won that sucker. Take this thing and go 6-0. I don't give a damn if we lose our first SEC tourney game. It does not matter.

Florida’s offensive profile is excellent overall, especially when factoring in opponent strength. But Florida has endured issues at the foul line this season, which could be a problem if the Gators get into a tight game in the postseason. Florida ranks poorly in both free throw percentage (218th) and free throw attempt rate (232nd) this season.

This is an issue that has loudly showed up in Florida’s 4 losses this season. The Gators shot a combined 65.8% from the charity stripe in defeats to Kentucky, Mizzou, Tennessee and Georgia. The Tennessee game got out of hand early. But Florida’s other 3 losses this year came by a combined 12 points. Florida missed a whopping 34 free throws in those 3 contests. If UF loses a stunner in March, the free throw line will likely be a big reason why

Would be nice to win the whole thing but this team will go down as one of our better teams if they make the Final Four. I think Golden would be only the 3rd coach here to have done it.

Agreed.

Barring Houston getting upset it's looking like we can end up either the #1 seed in the Midwest or a #2 seed in either the east or west. If we lose @Bama and TN beats Ole Miss I think we will probably get screwed and be the #2 seed in the west instead of the east. I think the committee wouldn't care much if Bama loses their last game @Auburn.

The Aggies team we just dominated just dismantled Auburn from start to finish, the score was never even as close as the game played out either.. It's hard to beat down a team with as much size and ability from guards like Taylor for them like we did, much less beat them on the boards.. I think they are the best rebounding team in the nation and they just put it on display big time against Auburn.. Auburn and Duke are good but the way they've been talking about them as if they're unbeatable has gotten really old fast, especially Duke. They have 3 freshmen starting, I would LOVE to play them especially more than anyone..

I don't think we will win tomorrow because of playing Bama on the road after a loss but if Ole Miss could beat Tennessee then things could get interesting..

Think of this…Auburn just clinched the SEC They play their hated rival Saturday. They face a physical and desperate A&M team on the road. This was the ultimate trap game.

Yep if we lose @Bama and TN loses @Ole Miss things will get interesting as to who is higher in the pecking order in the #2 seeds.

I think the best approach to Auburn is kind of how we played them. Don't get overly concerned with Broome and make sure their guards don't start teeing off on you. It seems when they roll a lot of teams the other teams were too worried about Broome.
