Looks like we've got 4 head-to-head bowl match-ups to add to the season total. Additionally, it looks like both conferences have equal representation in the bowls, play-offs, and in regards to ranked teams. Head-to-head will determine the better conference this year, ladies and gents.

Igloo is just like most FSU fans. Conference pride is only important if it reflects well on the ACC.

why does "understand[ing] the importance of" have to equate to jumping up and down screaming "ACC, ACC, ACC" while watching two teams who are not mine?

For example, if Clemson were to win the Championship, I would acknowledge how that's good for the ACC AND for FSU's SOS. (not to mention the additional revenue it would bring) What you won't see is me obnoxiously telling everyone how amazing the ACC is, no one's better, blah blah blah. SEC fans tend to tout the accomplishments of others more so than their own. It's like my neighbor getting a new Lexus and I brag to everyone at work about it because it makes my street looks better. smh

I really don't care much about the ACC, but I find it interesting that other conferences are becoming better. This may be a result of the SEC being so good for so long. The other conferences are demanding more of their programs by getting better facilities, better coaches, spending more money, etc.. The ACC finally has some really good coaches that was lacking.

Talent + Coaching = Success

I don't see very good coaching in the SEC and the QB play has been atrocious. Also, the OL play in the SEC is not good at all.

The SEC just isnt veey good right now. I dont see anyone disputing that. This year was the ACC's best year by far. Big ten also had a good year. Hope clemson wins it all by default. I hate ohio state, and i so badly want bama to lose
