I lived this same election in 1980. The USA was in a very similar situation then, with a very dynamic Republican leader running against a glorified idiot. I saw this election almost identical . And what is amazing is that polling was way off then to! Guess which way? They had Carter tied right up to the end. I was 18 then and knew better.

Yep traditional marriage type, pro-life and a church deacon. Sadly had socialist tendencies. He loved him some FDR and the new deal socialism. He was pro SS and welfare. His last presidential vote was for Carter. He sat out Mondale. He disliked all republicans and thought Reagan was the debil.

His father was a republican LOL. My dad is an independent who votes pub and I am full circle with Great Grand Dad and been a pub since I was 9. Reagan, Carter and Iran got me into politics at that early age.

It's obvious how it was done with all the mail ballots under Covid. It's why they fight anyone on the voter rolls being removed and cleaned up.
