Here's my guess at the timeline:
According to Joe Digenova, the comey report should drop in about a week.
The IG report on the FISA/FISC application process is reportedly due either this month or next.
I suspect that the DECLAS will happen AFTER one or both of these reports.
Both reports are rumored that they will be devastating for the obama admin. If so, the media will immediately go into spinning that the report is drawing conclusions without any evidence.
Then Trump DECLASSES the documents and provides the evidence.
So I'd guess we'll have all three by the end of June, maybe as soon as the end of May.
What a glorious Fourth of July this will be!
