How would you rate Antonio Callaway's overall performance and why do you think there have been fewer big plays, fewer yards?

Dixon: “I think we’re one person away on each play. That’s where the continuity part comes from. But he’s actually done a good job of developing, understanding the playbook a lot better. He just has to focus on doing his job 100-percent every single time. And once we get that on our corps, we get everybody clicking, we’ll produce. ... You know, it's always frustrating when that happens, but you know, we just go out and try to get better every single week. Every week is a different week, so now is another opportunity for us to go out and draw those plays up and try to get it to him."

How's Tyrie Cleveland's development?

Dixon: "Yeah, I think Tyrie has done a good job in developing the mental aspect of the game. He's still honing in on some little details, but he's getting a whole lot better. Just the growth over the past couple of weeks has been really good, and if we can continue to get him to grow and become that other big-play aspect, it's going to be great for us in the future. As far as with injury and how that is concerned, Coach Mac will address that. Hopefully we can get that guy back."

What have you seen from Freddie Swain and Joshua Hammond?

Dixon: “You know Freddie and Josh, Josh is steady Eddy. Freddie has actually grown too. We’re trying to figure out ways to get him more involved. Both of those guys have been doing a very good job. They’re locked in. I feel comfortable in any game putting them in any position because they know the offense. I’m very pleased with their development.”

Does Brandon Powell being healthy help his progression?

Dixon: “Well Brandon, this year, has been really good from a mental aspect and from an X’s and O’s out there with his execution. He’s been really good. It’s helped him become a better leader as well. When you’re going through all those injuries it’s very frustrating. Now that he’s out there, and he’s actually executing, now his affect on the guys around him has been really good.”
